There is a fine line between this is effective and This is distracting when I am researching. It would be good to use RescueTime, but the categories aren’t true enough for it to work.
The Main issue is that the Block Sites work Is unavailable in reverse (ie, add specific sites to block). I can only add sites to unblock.
And when I’m visiting several websites were blocked by dozen — Adding them quickly becomes the time wasting.
If you are currently looking for an program that will block Specific sites — RescueTime isn’t it.
Effectiveness vs. Efficiency
