However, RescueTime’s categories News, sites and research websites’ subdomains.
I can’t use the Get Focused! Performance for any Task that needs research (aka visiting a lot of different sites ).

There is a fine line between this is productive and When I’m researching This really is distracting. It would be good to use RescueTime, but the categories aren’t accurate enough for it to work.
The root problem is the Block Sites function Is not available in reverse (ie, add certain sites to block). I can only add websites to unblock.
And when I’m visiting several dozen blocked websites — Manually adding them becomes time wasting.

Effectiveness vs. Efficiency
