Generally, RescueTime’s classes good. Sites like Reddit, Facebook and Twitter are”Very Distracting”…for most people. And for general monitoring, RescueTime’s categories are quick & simple to repair.
But RescueTime’s categories News, research sites and sites’ subdomains.
I can’t use the Get Focused! Performance for almost any Task that requires research (aka visiting a bunch of different sites ).

There is a fine line between which is effective and When I am researching, This really is distracting. It would be great to use RescueTime, but the categories aren’t true enough for it to work.
The root issue is the Block Sites function Is not available in reverse (ie, add specific sites to block). I am only able to add websites to unblock.
And when I’m visiting dozen blocked sites — Adding them quickly becomes time wasting.

Effectiveness vs. Efficiency
